Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help us operate the App:
Anthropic (Claude AI): We use Claude AI to analyze food photos and estimate calorie content. Photos are processed securely and in accordance with Anthropic's privacy practices.
Supabase: We use Supabase to securely store your account information, profile data, and meal entries. Supabase acts as our database and authentication provider.
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Payment processing for in-app purchases or subscriptions is handled by Apple and Google respectively. We do not have access to your payment card information.
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it:
Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
Data transmission is secured using SSL/TLS encryption
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
We use Supabase's secure infrastructure for data storage

If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the App, please note that we transfer your data to the United States and process it there.
