Welcome to Memunch! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Memunch mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Memunch ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Memunch, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Memunch is a voice-powered calorie tracking application that allows you to:

  • Log meals using voice input

  • Track daily calorie intake

  • Receive AI-powered nutritional estimates

  • Monitor your progress toward health goals

3. Account Registration

To use Memunch, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Memunch offers premium subscription plans with the following terms:

Free Trial: New users may receive a limited free trial period

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

  • Upload malicious content or code

  • Share your account credentials with others

Important: Memunch provides nutritional estimates for informational purposes only. The App is not intended to:

  • Provide medical advice or diagnose any condition

  • Replace consultation with healthcare professionals

  • Guarantee accuracy of calorie or nutritional estimates

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Memunch are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of Memunch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
